I like the panel! I use the panel every morning and evening between 4 and 20 minutes. I bought the panel out of interest, where I really just wanted to see what long-term use does. I often combine the use of the panel with meditating, nice moment to relax. The handy thing is that the lamp also works as a clock, because you notice it when the lamp goes out. I actually notice two positive effects. First, sleep: I notice that I sleep better (from average\/good sleep to actually consistently good sleep). Secondly, that scars \/ spots on the skin become a little less, although the effect of this is so far very small. So in short: positive!\u00a0<\/p>\n

We sit behind the panel for 10 minutes daily. Sometimes 2 x 10 minutes: 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening before bedtime.
We notice that we like to be behind it and that it does us good. We notice in our health that we have much more energy and our sleep rhythm has improved.
We get sleep at a natural time and also get up earlier and we feel rested when we wake up.
We can exert ourselves better and also relax better.
In short, we are very happy with the lamp!<\/p>\n

The red light twice a quarter of an hour a day gives more energy, firmer facial skin, faster recovery from injuries. Heel enthousiast ben ik over dit paneel. I really notice unprecedented improvements. I didn't expect that. I have been taking supplements and sports for years and usually live very healthy. However, I noticed that due to my age everything was getting a little less\/weaker. Since the use of your panel, the aging process has been reversed, it seems. For example, I have been doing dozens of push ups every morning for years, but there were fewer and fewer of them and they cost more and more energy and took more and more time.
