Stel je voor dat je fiets of auto zijn eigen band zou plakken of lakschade zou herstellen. Toch is ons lichaam in staat zichzelf te repareren. Je kunt deze eigenschap helpen door je lichaam goed te voeden, met voedende voeding en met de voedende kwaliteit van specifieke lichtfrequenties. De Amerikaanse biohacker Ari Whitten schrijft in zijn boek over rood-lichttherapie: Het \u2018stimuleert collegeenaanmaak, de formatie van fibroblasten [dat zijn collageenproducerende cellen], werkt ontstekingsremmend, vergroot de energieproductie in de mitochondri\u00ebn en stimuleert DNA-reparatie\u2019. Je lichaam wordt aangetast door de tijd en door een slechte leefstijl. Wees verstandig en help het waar mogelijk mee, geef je lichaam wat het nodig heeft.
